Harris Security Installations supports all equipment installed and serviced by us. We design and install the system as per manufacturer instructions, and can guarantee service with our team of highly qualified Engineers who have an extensive knowledge on all products supplied and installed.

We understand that faults can happen any time of the day or night so our maintenance customers can access us via the phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Harris Security Installations offer a range of maintenance support plans to our customers.

Phone & Remote Support

 

The majority of the issues encountered are minor that can be easily fixed over the phone. If they still cant be fixed the on-call Engineer will take the details and log a call with the office the next working day. If you prefer to email your details directly click here.

On-Site Support

 

Where hardware failures are present, then a call will be logged where the  Engineer will visit your site to repair. If they cannot fix the problem on site, they will discuss then next options with you.
