Smaller items will be sent via  An POST.

Larger items are available for arranged collection or shipping via our selected courier 

Returns

The product can be returned to us for a refund by posting/courier to the postal address displayed on the invoice.

Change of mind returns

You may return purchases if you change your mind within 30 days. Please note that all items must be returned in a saleable condition: Unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not re-saleable  within 30 days of purchase.

Faulty product returns

Faulty product must be reported or returned  within 30 days of purchase .
Following an inspection of the faulty item, the product if within warranty will be replaced or a full refund will be offered at the discretion of Harris Security Installations.
